Unofficial Previous School Transcripts

Previous school transcripts are transcripts that were submitted to this university for admission purposes or to claim credit for coursework taken elsewhere. You may be able to order unofficial copies of your transcripts from other schools submitted to UT Austin.

Cost: $20 per copy, payment due at the time of request, transcripts are sent when payment is processed.

How to Order Unofficial Previous School Transcripts

In Person

Transcripts may be ordered in person at the Texas One Stop on the ground floor of the Main Building (the Tower) on 110 Inner Campus Drive. See Visit Texas One Stop for office hours and visiting procedures.

By Proxy

You may authorize a third party (proxy) to order or pick up your unofficial record (at the Texas One Stop) by completing our proxy authorization form. The proxy may come to the Texas One Stop on the ground floor of the Main Building (the Tower) on 110 Inner Campus Drive. See Visit Texas One Stop for office hours and visiting procedures.

If you are unable to order in person or by proxy, a previous school transcript can be mailed to you. Please send an email to transcripts@austin.utexas.edu for instructions on how to place this order. In the email, include your UT EID, if known, and your full name on record.

Unofficial records are not sealed or sent to a third party.
